The Mothers' Stories Project: A Mothers' Story

It was the weirdest feeling in the world. I knew something was not right. My two children and I had moved to 316 N. Bayport Circle apt D in Anaheim, California. I started receiving threatening phone calls from New Jersey and New York and Las Vegas. A weird Italian lady from New Jersey kept calling me every Sunday from the same phone number saying, "Bella, Bella" over and over for at least five weeks in a row. Then I received death threats with pictures of my little girl left on our front door. My phone went dead in the middle of the night, my computer stopped working. Anaheim police kept following me and my kids to the grcoery store. Strange men kept coming to knock at our door. Men in a white van kept parking in front of our house staring at us when we would leave for the grocery store. Then one Saturday afternoon, our plumbing in both bathrooms overflowed, the toilets showers and bathtubs and sinks. I had our insurance company come out to re pair it but they did not and refused to put us in a hotel. I accidentally knocked a chair over and it hit the window and it shattered. A neighbor downstairs, Ms. Diaz called the police, she lived in apartment A. The Anaheim police refused to let my ex-husband come and get the kids. They charged me with child endangerment and vandalism and put me in jail. They placed my two children in Orangewood childrens home. I have not gotten my kids back since. Judge Gary Bischoff makes me take all kinds of parenting classes etc and he still will not give my children back to me. I do not ever want to live in Orange County California again. I still do not understand what happened, but the whole thing seems very evil. Since my ten year old daughter has been staying at a group home in Anaheim since 2006, the Department of Child support is charging me tens of thousands of dollars for her care which I cannot afford. Is this why this happened? So the group home could make money? Anaheim seems to be a very corrupt city. I no longer live there and will never live there again. I just want my daughter back. My son, has been back with his father for two years. But my little girl is still stuck in the group home. Judge Gary Bischoff is trying to find someone to adopt her. THis is not fair. I love my children very much. I need someone to help me get her back and us relocated. Please.
